Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
Payment - Payment is via PayPal or through Ko-fi. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. After finally purchase there will be no refund either as you have accepted you are content with the artwork.

“I’ve Changed My Mind!” -You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. Once the sketch is approved. Two(2) minor revisions may be requested. More than two(2) will lead to no change unless its a big mistake. Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res PNG files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.

All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me.  You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances. I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise. Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Otherwise there will be additional fees for commercial rights. I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio no matter what though.
Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc. may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.
Listed prices are mostly the base price.

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do. Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most one (1) month max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile!

I normally provide updates at the rough sketches, flat colors (in case of heavy shadow), and final check phases.
Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit.
